Message	Thats is a $100 job with parts & labor. If you can afford the work, do it. But, for $3000 you might be better off with an engine rebuild or a jspec swap. You should look for a Z shop near you or at least a reputable place that the local Z scene uses for car repair. I found my mechanic through the local Z car club. Word of mouth is a great way to find good shops.
